HARRY POTTER AND THE DEATHLY HALLOWS!!!

If you think I was excited about the Order of the Phoenix movie, you can’t even imagine how I feel about the release of book 7!!! I’ve had it ordered as soon as the release date was set! I’ve been jumping out of my skin (again). I have a countdown clock on the desktop of my home & office computers! I have countdowns on my websites…I am going to a “Midnight Party” also (see below for more details on that!) I’m excited and nervous about the book. I know that bad things will happen, and I will most likely cry at the end. I did in book 6. I know that we will most likely be losing beloved characters, but I’m trying to be optimistic. I’m hoping for a good outcome. I only have one prediction, and that is based on the cover art you see above. Here is my prediction:

Lord Voldemort and Harry will have to work together to destroy something. If you look at the art work, Voldemort is not looking at Harry, nor is he “aiming” his magic towards him. Harry and Voldemort are looking at the same thing, “off screen” so to speak and it appears to me that they are working together to fight something off. I don’t know if this will be a major plot point, but it seems to me, looking back at the cover art of most of the other 6 books that it will come at the climax of the book, and have major implications. That’s all I have to say about that!

Harry Potter #7 will be available for pickup beginning Saturday July 21st at 10am. However, if you just can’t wait there is great news! We’ll be celebrating all night long on Friday July 20th. Dust off your cape, grab your wand, and get to Andersonville! WCF has partnered with the Andersonville Chamber of Commerce to host a Neighborhood-wide Celebration of all things Harry Potter, featuring a scavenger hunt, costume contest, food and drink specials, games, prizes, mystery and mayhem! Activities begin at 6pm on Friday, July 20th, and continue into the wee hours. Stop on by to join in the Magic, and pick up your book at between Midnight and 1am.
